The luxurious clubhouse provides a haven where members can relax and socialize after a long day at the office or on the golf course.  The intimate atmosphere and premiere service provided by the dining staff has always been a Dunes Golf and Beach Club trademark. An attentive staff will quickly learn your name and preferences helping you to find your second home at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club.   GATOR GRILL This private informal member dining room can accommodate over 100 people. It provides separate seating for adults only and for families with young children with panoramic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The family area also offers access to the expansive front lawn where children can play while parents enjoy a leisurely conclusion to their dinner. Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday (available in the Waterloo on Saturdays) with a daily lunch buffet and "a la carte" lunch menu. Dinner service is available Tuesday through Saturday. The club traditionally offers a Tuesday evening family night buffet with planned children’s activities. Members and guests will enjoy a sumptuous menu which includes some of the finest cuisine on the South Carolina coast and has been created by the Dunes Club’s award-winning chef.   CAROLINA ROOM The private member lounge comfortably seats more than 60 people and has a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean and Singleton Swash. On mild days and evenings, members can enjoy the ocean breeze from a private outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. The Carolina Room provides an inviting atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail with friends before dinner in the Gator Grill. Each Friday members are invited to participate in club happy hour which includes hors d’oeuvres and reduced drink prices. WATERLOO BAR & GRILL The Waterloo Bar and Grill is attached to the north end of the clubhouse and will act as a golfer’s turn house. It has been named “Waterloo” after the course’s world famous 590 yard, par-5, 13th hole and has been added to the Dunes clubhouse as a guest amenity. Waterloo’s lavish dining area and bar showcases the dark mahogany woodwork, antique furnishings and golf memorabilia. More than 40 people can be seated comfortably for a quick lunch at the turn or after golf cocktails. An outdoor balcony with seating for 30 people overlooks the marsh and offers a relaxing finish to an exhilarating day on the golf course. The luxurious surroundings and an attentive staff create an intimate and memorable experience for guests.   MEN'S & LADIES' CARD ROOM AND LOUNGE These member only areas are adjacent to respective locker rooms with each featuring a card room and lounge. You can always find a friendly game of bridge or enjoy the area after a day on the golf course or tennis courts. Food and beverage is available throughout the day. Each area also affords a view of the ocean.
